ARTIST BIO:

Established in 1997. The brand has been focused on MADE IN JAPAN products
which absorbed the quality of Japan-made materials as well as traditional
or/and cutting-edge techniques into garments, and introduced to the world. Its
first collection appeared in Joint-exhibition in Paris in 2001. Since then,
mastermind JAPAN continuously showed up in the event from 2003 to 2011, but
ceased its activity in 2013 Spring/Summer collection at the occasion of celebrating
the brand’s 15th anniversary. In 2017, the brand evolved into two lines
(mastermind JAPAN and MASTERMIND WORLD) and re-started collection activities
along with many collaborations with other brands.
